To make it we need: 300 g normal or whole wheat flour, 1 dash of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of coarse salt and half a glass of lukewarm water.
First of all, place the flour in a bowl and shape it into a volcano. Make a hole in the middle, where you will add oil, salt, and water. Mix all the ingredients and knead inside the bowl, until the dough doesn't stick in your hands.
Once we have the desired texture, we place it on the table previously sprinkled with a little flour and stretch it with a roller. We give it the desired shape. If we want it round we can help ourselves of a plate to obtain the perfect shape.
Once we have it ready, we place it on a tray with parchment paper and continue preparing the pizza, adding the tomato sauce and the rest of the ingredients.
If we like it more crunchy, we can put it in the oven for a few minutes before adding the sauce and toppings.
