Social relationships

Social relationships formed between humans vary in their intensity, duration, and even specific qualities.

These include relationships with partners, purely romantic ones, or even with friends, family members, or workplace and domestic interactions.

Implicit social norms rule all types of human relationships. Sometimes, but not always, these are formalized and subject to laws that set established rules about permitted behaviors in certain groups as well as expenses that need to be split up as agreed (or taxes).
